We tried a new construction method on several of the larger units. Photos 1, 2 and 3 show a powder coated tubular square aluminum frame with removable 1/2" acrylic panels. Since the units are large and the interior had to be accessible, we developed a "V groove " connection at the center of each large side. The interlocking V groove allows for a tight seal and connection, not having an unattractive mullion or scab connecting the panels.
